WarFlail's Rigs
In a vain bid to Build A Better PC, I custom-built a computer system for myself, which at the time (2003) was an absolute beast. Perhaps as a testament to the amount of research and effort I had put into building that rig, it still runs more than adequately for day-to-day apps today, but gaming on it is not particularly satisfying, and image and video editing with it is tedious work.
So I
decided to bequeath WARFLAIL-I to my sons (for educational purposes),
and in 2007 I got started on
a new system. But this time I didn't have the patience to start
something from scratch, so I went for a system from Dell, which I
have been upgrading piecemeal ever since. So, below are the
current specs for my two rigs:
