The latest announcement from Columbia Games (sorry, this news is a couple of days old but I've been away travelling again):
HarnQuest 2 articles
The new articles, Selvos Castle, Dragons and Tournaments are here. You can buy them in either electronic or printed format from the Columbia Games Store. PDFs are half price.

Travelers of Harn's wilderness environs tell tales of many fantastical beasts. While some can be discounted as the ravings of lunatics, others are no doubt based on actual sightings. One of the least commonly sited, but most widely reported creatures is the dragon. Conflicting accounts on their physiology and behavior have led scholars to group these creatures into three different groups; Dragons, Wyverns, and Ilme.SELVOS CASTLE
Location: Kanday
Holder: Earl Chahryn
Liege: King of Kanday
Population: 580 approximatelySelvos is a mighty fortress seized from the Copper Hook at the end of Ezar's War. A rich fishing port and seat of the Earl of Selvos, it is surrounded by enemies and a cauldron of intrigue and tension. One of the few safeharbours along the dangerous coast from Aleath to Golotha, it is a key stop for merchant vessels and has a bustling market. Although officially at peace for over twenty years, raiding and skirmishing still continue, making this a dangerous place for the unwary. Rumours of imminent war attract mercenaries and adventures to this remote corner of Kanday.
TOURNAMENTS AND JOUSTS
The tournament is a martial sport that demonstrates a knight's strength and skill in battle. Tournaments have been held for as long as feudalism has existed. Originally little more than mock warfare between groups of mounted knights, today the tournaments of Harn place greater emphasis on individual prowess and pageantry through the Joust.http://www.columbiagames.com/HarnPage/HarnQuest/HarnQuest.html
By the way, that last article was written by me, so all the more reason to get it! :-) I also wrote a set of official HârnMaster Jousting rules to go with that article, but CG have for some reason decided to hold back on its publication for now.
Also announced by CG is a set of Optional Language Rules for HârnMaster by James Currie:

It looks very interesting! Check it out.
Making a welcome return to HÂRN LINK after a period of downtime is:
Timo Hanschke's Hârnic Corner by Timo Hanschke
The site is all in German (which I don't speak, unfortunately), but the language barrier is easy to overcome with some judicious use of web translators like Babelfish. Well, the translators do produce some absolutely hilarious results, but it's easy to get the gist of the site. Timo does promise to make available English versions of downloads in due course, time permitting.
The following is the latest addition to HÂRN LINK:
Hârn Adventures at Dragonswood Games by Nick Lowson
There are some awesome hand-drawn maps around Kaldor in particular. Check it out!
Thanks for the tip-off, Patrick and Jeremy. :-)
Goodness, the month's almost over and I haven't posted any updates! Truth be told, I've been away on business the past few weeks.
The only announcement I have at the moment is that there is a slightly updated version of the HârnMaster Advanced GM utility pack available for download. This pack now contains an additional sheet about PC armour budgets, and also some stats for half a dozen NPC knights to complement the armour profiles for knights. Have fun!
