An announcement has been posted on Columbia Games' HârnPage Forum by Greg Lane, CEO of Auran, regarding their project, Hârn: Bloodline. Not quite the joyful news we Hârniacs would like to hear, but it's good to know that Auran is still firmly committed to supporting Hârn.

While surfing the web, I stumbled across this interesting site: the Historical Floorplan Emporium. Some very useful floor plans for manors, temples, cathedrals, castles and more, that would save any GM time when generating a medieval building "on the fly". Be warned, though, that some of the image sizes are quite large.

WarFlail's been a slacker... WarFlail's been a slacker... The intrusion of Real World activities have been dominating my life this month, to the point that I had failed to post any updates for three weeks! Which means that various juicy bits of news have been going unannounced here, such as: the USA being deadlocked over who is going to be its next president (amazing, considering there have been around 100 million voters and there is such a minuscule margin between Bush and Gore); the Australian dollar collapsing to its lowest rate in history (just above US$0.50 to A$1.00); continuing violence between Israelis and Palestinians threatening to escalate into outright war; Peru's president Fujimori suddenly resigning while in self-imposed exile (i.e. hiding) in Japan... A flurry of craziness as the millennium starts to draw to a close.

On to Hârn-related matters. I have added a link to a new site, Perils of Perinore, which is dedicated to a Play-by-Email Hârn campaign. Do check it out.

Aaron Kavli, the Hârn Religion Team's project coordinator for Larani and Peoni and also author of the Blades of Hârn page, has put up a new web page containing several articles on the goddess Larani. Some excellent material there, now that the colour scheme of the page isn't quite so painful anymore...! :-) Follow the link below:
